PE
PE will take place on a Thursday for Reception children only.
On this day the children should wear their PE kit into school. On colder days, children can wear their tracksuits over their shorts and T-shirt.
Homework
Reception children will be given one piece of homework per week, which will be brought home on a Friday in their very own homework book. This should be brought back into school by the following Friday.
We also ask that you read with your child at least 3 times a week and record this in their reading records.
(Please note reading folders and homework books will be sent home by Friday 27th September)
Tamar mascots
We would like to introduce you to our class mascots, Tamar turtle and Tamar tiger.
Every Friday a child will be chosen to look after each of our Tamar mascots for the weekend. They will come home accompanied with a book for you to share photographs/drawings of your time spent with them.
